1. Do I need to make a user account to make a purchase?

No there is no need. However we strongly recommend you do so that you can stay up-to-date with latest offers.

2. How can I make a payment? 

We currently support PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JBC and Diners club.

3. Where do you ship?

We deliver worldwide and offer free shipping to the U.S. Please visit our Shipping Policy to learn more detail.

4. When will I receive my order?

We do our best to get your orders out quickly. Orders are processed within 3-10 working days, and shipped out via ePacket / Cainiao Parcel. These shipping method typically takes 15-30 days to the U.S., 15-60 days internationally.

If your country charges VAT or import duties — please note that you may be responsible for these expenses when collecting your package.  

5. How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.   

6. After making a purchase, can I cancel?

You may cancel within 2 hour if you would like a full refund.

  • To cancel your entire order, please email us immediately at info@rosecode4u.com. If your order has not gone into production / or shipped yet, we will issue a full refund for the items associated with the cancellation. 
  •  If the order has already shipped, it is too late for a cancellation. A refund will not apply.

7. What is your return policy?

We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!  All returns must be authorized. Please send us an email at info@rosecode4u.com. We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. 

  • Returns received within 15 days of receipt of your order will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
  • Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. How do I care for my product?

The rose does not require any care. Just follow these two simple rules to keep it intact. - Do not water the rose. - Do not place the rose directly in the sun.
