Returns

We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help!

All returns must be authorized. Please send us an email at info@rosecode4u.com. We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Returns received within 15 days of receipt of your order will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
  • If 15 days have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We will not be responsible for any error of address on the part of the customer.

We reserve the right to reject any product return if it does not meet the criteria stated in our policy.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. 

The shipping cost of $5 will automatically be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.

  • To cancel your entire order, please email us immediately at info@rosecode4u.com. If your order has not gone into production / or shipped yet, we will issue a full refund for the items associated with the cancellation. 
  • If the order has already shipped, it is too late for a cancellationInstead, you will need to return any qualifying items first, in order to get a refund (less the original shipping cost). We reserve the right to determine what % of the original purchase will be refunded if the return is approved. Shipment of returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be in new, resellable condition to be approved for a refund.
