All returns must be authorized. Please send us an email at email@example.com. We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any product return if it does not meet the criteria stated in our policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
The shipping cost of $5 will automatically be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Otherwise we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.
